We promise to establish a sound corporate governance system, strictly comply with the laws and regulations of all operating locations, and practice honest business and ethical management. We are committed to establishing a corporate culture of integrity and responsibility, implementing high standards of business integrity at the operational level, establishing effective corporate governance mechanisms, and fulfilling our mission of being socially responsible.
Therefore, we have established an ESG Sustainability Strategy Committee and set up cross departmental working groups under it, including four major working groups: Green Change, Social Inclusion, Employee Care, and Corporate Governance. The working group integrates business, research and development, and production base teams to explore from the perspective of reducing climate risks. After being approved by the board of directors, they set a mid-term goal of reducing carbon emissions by 30% by 2030 and a long-term goal of moving towards net zero by 2050, gradually moving towards green transformation. They also conduct annual rolling reviews of various ESG issues and strategies.
